Depending on the wool the dress can get bigger or smaller – this is why you work in cm – (2,54 cm = 1 inch)

Measure the circumference of hip.

Cast on as much CH as you need – and close to ring with a sl st

I always recommend to crochet the cuff 2-3 cm smaller then needed as the yarn usually will expand.

1sc in first st, 1 sc in next st, 1ch, skip st, *1 sc, 1sc, 1ch, skip st*
