I bought two patterns yesterday—one for white angel wings and one for a bulldog—but I can't access them.
It says I still have to pay.
What can I do now?
I don't want to pay again.

It wasn’t due to the payment itself, but to something else. However, for privacy reasons, we can’t explain what it was here.
