I’d say about 2–3 hours in the evening. Sometimes a little more on the weekends—I often start as early as the afternoon. For me, household chores and family come first.
Unfortunately, I don’t have as much time as you do. I only get to it in the evenings while watching TV, and during the week that’s between 30 and 60 minutes. On weekends it’s sometimes more, unless we’re at a party or something. On days like that, crocheting unfortunately gets completely put on hold.
I try to sew every day—which works out pretty well, since my son enjoys it too. But often we have to stop after an hour because Junior’s concentration starts to wane.
On weekends or when I’m working the late shift and Junior is at school, I can usually manage up to 3 hours.
Actually, it’s not that much for me—on average, maybe 1–2 hours a day. Some days it’s more, but then there are also days when I don’t do any crafts at all.
One to two hours in the evenings, and sometimes even more on the weekends, especially now that it’s winter.
Unfortunately, I rarely have time for more than that since I still have to work.
Sometimes I knit or crochet a few rows or rounds right after breakfast, but I mostly work on my projects in the evening—especially—and I hate to admit it—while watching TV, usually for about two hours.
At breakfast, on the way to work, on the way home from work, on the way to school, on the way to the store—in short: on any form of public transportation when the trip is a bit longer; before school, after school, before work, after work, in between household chores, while studying (it works if you record the material on a voice recorder and listen to it repeatedly while crafting), as a reward, while watching TV—in short: whenever there’s time to crochet or knit at least one small row.
