How are you all doing? How was your weekend?

Dear users, dear authors,
how are you? What are you up to? How’s the weather? Did you enjoy some good food and have enough time for crafts? Let me know.

Oh, I had a wonderful (long) weekend in the mountains. Lots of hiking, lots of peace and quiet, lots of family time. Just the way I like it.

My son-in-law is a passionate cook, so we were well fed. And since it started raining on Saturday, I was also able to knit quite a few stitches. 

Hello,

we were in Cologne and Bonn from Friday to Sunday. Strolling around town, eating Chinese food,
flea market, eating pizza, climbing the cathedral, chocolate museum, walking along the Rhine.
It was stressful, but also very lovely.

I did have my crochet things with me, but I didn't get around to crocheting.
Today I'm back in the office, but only until 3 p.m. Then I'll quickly go grocery shopping
and then head home—do laundry and entertain the kids.

It's very warm here.

It was a quiet weekend with a little crocheting and getting ready for tomorrow’s dance class.
My arm and shoulder need a little more care again (today I was told it could still take a good half a year...).
On Sunday, I got a nice phone call: I was invited on a North Sea–Baltic Canal cruise on August 5. Now I’m hoping it doesn’t get canceled again because not enough people signed up. That’s happened twice already.

Today it’s so hot again that I’m sitting here comfortably in my cycling shorts...smile.
