Paracord bracelets—the next big summer trend?

Hi, I’ve heard that paracord bracelets are supposed to be the absolute summer trend, but I can’t really picture what they look like. I read on Google that paracord bracelets are either knotted or braided, and also that paracord is a special type of cord used in survival situations. Does anyone know more about this?

I can’t really picture it, since they’ve been around for a while. Until now, they’ve mostly been used to make dog leashes and similar items. The bracelet idea has also been around for a few years, but it’s simply too expensive for the actual target audience (kids and teens). I’ve been selling paracord starter kits in my craft shop on another platform for quite some time. Demand has been pretty low.
