Hi, I wanted to buy a pattern via Sofort bank transfer, but the transfer kept getting interrupted. Has this ever happened to any of you? And what can I do to prevent it from happening again? I really want to get these patterns.

I’m sorry that Sofortüberweisung isn’t working properly for you. Do you have the option to try again from a different device? Are you getting an error message? If so, what does it say?
Would one of the other payment options work for you? PayPal or a regular bank transfer? You can find details about the payment options here:

When I enter the IBAN number, a message appears saying that it’s incorrect.
It says it isn’t a German IBAN. It should start with: DE
What should I do?

Hello Lydia, it's an IBAN for Latvia, because that's where the office of Crazypatterns is located.
Please write "LV" (for Latvia) instead of "DE".
