Today I bought the pattern for the turquoise crochet shirt with a shell pattern from Wollbärchen, but I can't open the page. (Error message) This has never happened to me before—what could be causing this?

Christina, it’s best to contact support directly. They’re sure to be able to help you. But maybe it’s just due to a page update. Try pressing F5 and see if it opens properly then. Sometimes that helps.
