This gift packaging shines even without the sun and makes you curious about what’s inside! If you’d like to give a gift to a child who is just starting school, this container is a pretty and original way to wrap your present.

This colored pencil is made from cardstock and measures approx. 13 x 25 x 11 cm. The packaging has an unusual but very easy-to-make closing technique, and the rest is also very easy to recreate.

A sunny mobile can brighten up the kids’ room.

The music box has a diameter of about 22 cm from ray to ray; the little butterflies are about 8 cm in size.

Crochet using cotton yarn with a length of 125 m per 50 g and a size 2 hook—about 80 g in sunny yellow, plus some colorful scraps for the butterflies and a music box—and you’re all set to get started.

The shopping bag in sunny yellow and bright orange really puts you in the mood for summer! It is crocheted in Tunisian simple stitch, which makes it nice and sturdy and not stretch out so easily.
Tunisian crochet isn't that hard at all. This technique is explained in detail in the pattern with lots of pictures and is also suitable for crochet beginners. The pattern also describes exactly how the bag is folded and sewn together origami-style.
All you need are basic crochet skills, a Tunisian crochet hook, cotton yarn, and the crochet pattern, which you can download here.

  • So, general basic crochet knowledge
Contents: 25 pages of crochet pattern instructions with lots of pictures for every step. I also won’t leave you on your own when it comes to sewing the individual pieces together.

Difficulty level: Easy, but you should already have worked in spiral rounds once before. What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 20g of yarn (Schoeller Stahl Zimba medium in color 0218) in the color you want your lion to be. The yarn should be suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook (Schoeller Stahl recommends a 3.5 mm hook, but it works great with a 3 mm hook)
  • Approx. 20g of yarn for the lion’s mane (I used eyelash yarn, but normal leftover yarn also works well).
  • White leftover yarn suitable for a 2 mm crochet hook
  • Brown yarn for the nose
  • Safety eyes (8 mm)
  • Stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle

A soul warmer like this is ideal for spring!
In this mustard yellow, it’s simply unbeatable!

This creative zigzag pattern is simply fun to make and looks fantastic too.
The edging is worked with a relief pattern, which is simple—yet very effective.

The shape of the soul warmer is made entirely without decreases or increases...
... so it’s also absolutely recommended for beginners!

A detailed description guides you through the crochet process.
To make things clearer, the pattern includes 3 charts in crochet chart form.
In addition, 3 schematics help you step by step through the crochet process.

This pattern is designed for sizes S/M/L/XL.
However, the pattern explains how the shrug can easily be adjusted to any size.
The included schematic and the gauge help with that!

And here’s where you’ll find the pattern and more details...
