Increasing on Both Sides at the Same Time

Good evening,

I'm looking for a pattern where stitches are increased on both sides at the same time in one row while knitting.
Starting with 42 stitches, I need to increase 20 stitches on each side = 82 stitches.

Can you help me?

What exactly is the problem?
What will it be in the end? That might make it clearer.
Do you need to increase the stitches all in one row, or one stitch per row?
If you need to increase all the stitches in a single row, you could try casting on 20 new stitches at the beginning and 20 at the end. So, 20 new stitches, then your 42 stitches, and then another 20 new stitches would make 82 stitches.

It’s a one-piece cardigan, and after completing one sleeve section, I need to increase 20 stitches at the beginning and end of a row.
