I’m doing pretty well. My arm is worrying me. I’ve been in
a lot of pain for days.

Right now I’m at work.

In the evenings, I’m crocheting a great triangular shawl.

It might be from crocheting, but for some reason the pain isn’t
quite as bad when I’m crocheting.
But I can tell it’s probably an inflammation.
At night, it often burns between my elbow and wrist.

Oh, man. It’s always something.

I spent the whole of last week visiting my daughter and got to spend a lot of time with my two grandsons. I actually met my second grandson in person for the very first time last week, even though he’s already four months old. It was lovely, but also very hectic, so I’m glad to be back home and am enjoying the peace and quiet and doing some crafts.

even though it’s hard, you’d better cut back a bit on crocheting.
I’ve noticed that things have gotten worse after my allotted half hour a day.
It’s not easy, but I know from my own experience that it’s possible.
