This small crocheted pillow is a lovely little gift for someone special. You can use the heart-shaped cover for a heat pillow or for a small decorative pillow. The heart will be about 20 cm x 20 cm. The popcorn pattern on the front consists of cluster stitches where 5 double crochet stitches are worked off together. This pattern is explained in detail in the pattern.
The back of the pillow is crocheted with single crochet stitches. Since the increases are very regular, you don't have to keep looking at the pattern while crocheting. To crochet the heart, you need about 100 g of pink cotton yarn (potholder yarn or similar) and a 4.0 mm crochet hook.

Since cluster stitches are my absolute favorite stitches, I’d like to introduce you to a few patterns using them here:

First, my brand-new dragon tail scarf "Lucky Rea"!
The special highlight is the clover leaves made of cluster stitches in every point:

You’ll need your favorite yarn in any length and a matching crochet hook. (For mine: 1000 m of 3-ply gradient yarn and a 3.0 mm hook.

Besides the cluster stitches, you only need half double crochets, slip stitches, and chain stitches.

This way to the Lucky Rea dragon tail scarf!

The next cluster stitch pattern is the "Heartbeat" loop scarf!

I used 1200 m of 3-ply gradient yarn and a 3 mm hook for it, but the loop scarf can also be crocheted shorter/longer, wider/narrower, ...

You can get the Heartbeat loop scarf here!

The next pattern would be the pointed triangular shawl "Nachtschatten", also a great pattern with cluster stitches!

What you need:
-1000 m gradient yarn: 50% cotton, 50% acrylic
-Crochet hook: 3 mm

Here’s where to get the Nachtschatten shawl!

All files include a step-by-step pattern with lots of pictures as well as a crochet chart.

I wish you lots of fun :)
