“Chef Cook” Owl Keychain
Well, wouldn’t this be a lovely little gift for a hobby cook or owl fan?

The little owl chef is a keychain with a chip pocket. To keep the chip from falling out, a short zipper is attached under the apron. The cute keychain can be crocheted very quickly from just a few bits of leftover yarn. Catania by Schachenmayr and a 2.5 mm crochet hook were used here.

Mermaid Barbie
Barbie dolls are always being dressed and undressed, after all. So of course a costume for carnival season is a must.

With this crocheted fishtail, which you can make from a few blue or green bits of leftover yarn, Barbie will turn into a charming mermaid in no time!

My pretty flamingo
Did you know that the flamingo is a symbol of true love? That makes it a very special idea for a small Valentine’s Day gift!

This pink flamingo is super easy to crochet. With the suggested yarn (Catania or Lenja Baby Smiles, both by Schachenmayr), it will be about 22 cm tall and is sure to get a very special spot on your sweetheart’s desk.

Flamingo Egg Cup Crochet Pattern
Click here to go directly to the crochet pattern

Brighten up your breakfast table with these fun flamingo egg cups! Not only do they decorate your breakfast table, but they’ll also make you laugh early in the morning. Plus, they make great gifts and are an absolute “must-have” especially now in summer. Difficulty level: Easy — you should know the basics of crocheting (single crochet, slip stitch, double crochet, increasing and decreasing stitches, sewing individual pieces together). Length: 18-page crochet pattern with lots of pictures illustrating everything step by step. I won’t leave you in the lurch when it comes to sewing the individual pieces together either :-) What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 20 g of yarn in pink, suitable for a 3 mm crochet hook. 100% cotton works best, as it makes the egg cup nice and sturdy.
  • Scraps of white yarn for the beak; these scraps should be suitable for a 2 mm crochet hook
  • 2 mm and 3 mm crochet hooks
  • 6 mm safety eyes
  • Stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle, stitch markers
