How about a colorful baby hat with cables? It’s not exactly easy to knit, I have to give that warning, but it looks very striking in the two colors (which can of course be chosen freely).
The pattern is available in 3 different sizes.

You can find the hat here.

Baby shoes, hat—everything included—here in the complete package:

Baby Knitting Set Jakob - 4 Pieces

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This trendy baby knitting set consists of a hat, jacket, cowl, and baby shoes and is made from soft merino yarn with approx. 120 to 130 m yardage (approx. 150 g in petrol blue + approx. 50 g light beige or eggshell) for needle size 3 to 4. You will also need a measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends, crochet hook 3.0, 1 button for the cowl, buttons for the jacket if needed, and an appliqué if desired.

These knitting skills are required: knitting in rows and in rounds, casting on and binding off stitches, knit and purl stitches, edge stitches, decreasing by knitting stitches together, increasing with a yarn over/from the strand between stitches, crocheting a foundation chain

Included in the download as a PDF:
  • Brief pattern for the baby hat (knitted in rounds) for head circumference approx. 40 cm - 42 cm
  • Illustrated pattern for the baby jacket size 62/68 (may also fit up to size 74)
  • Baby measurements for jackets in traditional/country-house style, sizes 50/56 to 74
  • Illustrated pattern for the baby cowl
  • Illustrated pattern for the knitted baby shoes (a foundation chain is crocheted for the bow)
  • Brief pattern for baby shoes + sketch
as well as
  • Excel table for recalculating your personal gauge (if you don’t have Excel, there are free programs available online,
e.g. “Libre Office,” that you can use to work with the table)

Crochet Pattern Hanna Hat Set

--> Click here for the pattern

The hat and the loop scarf with the floral pattern are an absolute must-have for every little princess.

The hat was crocheted for a head circumference of 48 cm, but in the pattern you’ll get a size chart and additional information on how to adjust the measurements for a smaller or larger head circumference.

The pattern is very easy and quick to learn, even though it includes post double crochet stitches. These are explained again with an extra picture. The pattern includes a crochet chart, written instructions, and lots of photos.

The hat is crocheted from bottom to top.

Difficulty level: Easy to intermediate (advanced beginners)

What you need for it:

Yarn: Gründl Happy (100% polyester – 100 g = 250 m yardage) - pink approx. 150 g
Pom-pom maker (alternatively, you can also use two cardboard discs. You can find instructions for that on the internet) hook size 3.5, yarn needle, and scissors

What you need to know:

chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, post double crochet stitches, single crochet post stitches

Just a few grams of leftover yarn are enough for these knitted baby booties.

Knitted with a set of double-pointed needles, they only have a small seam that needs sewing up.

The pattern for the top edge is described in detail in the pattern. Only knit and purl stitches are used, and the decreases are made by knitting stitches together.

Here I’d like to show you three baby hats from my shop. All patterns include lots of pictures and detailed step-by-step explanations. That’s why they’re also suitable for ambitious beginners.

Quick Baby Hat
This hat with earflaps keeps not only the baby’s head warm, but also their ears. Thanks to the yarn thickness, it works up quickly. The only stitches needed are chain stitches, single crochet, slip stitches, and half double crochet.
--> Get the info and the crochet pattern here: Quick Baby Hat Crochet Pattern

Baby Hat BERGEN
This pattern includes four different sizes. You can make it with summer yarn or winter yarn. The stitches crocheted are chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, and half double crochet.
--> Get the info and the crochet pattern here: Baby Hat BERGEN

Square Hat HAPPINESS
This hat can be made not only in children’s and adult sizes, but also for babies. Since it is started from the brim, it can be adjusted to any head circumference. Since it also doesn’t include any increases or decreases, it is especially beginner-friendly. For crocheting, only chain stitches, slip stitches, and single crochet are needed. You can use any yarn weight while making the hat, not just the one specified in the pattern. For babies, I would recommend a thinner yarn, as this makes the pattern stand out better.

With these super-soft winter booties with an extra-thick cuddly cuff, little feet are guaranteed to stay warm!

The little booties are quick to crochet and ideal for using up small bits of leftover yarn, because you need less than half a ball of each color.

With the detailed, richly illustrated pattern and the additional supporting crochet chart for the sole and cuddly cuff, even practiced crochet beginners will get a lovely result here.

To make them, you only need the following basic stitches:
chain stitches, slip stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet.

Small tip: If you don’t have a baby around right now, the little booties also make fun Advent decorations or original gift packaging for small Christmas treats.

So grab your leftover yarn box and quickly crochet a pair of these sweet little booties before winter really sets in.

This hat with an attached neck warmer is just the thing for babies and toddlers to keep their heads and necks warm. The advantage here is that it doesn’t have to be pulled over the head, which some children really don’t like. It can be easily buttoned open and closed at the front.

The hat is quick and easy to knit, even for beginners with basic skills. Everything is explained clearly with pictures.
