How's the weather where you are?
It's stormy here in Baden-Württemberg.

I'm in Baden-Württemberg, too, and yeah... it's wet, cold, and stormy...

We can't even open the windows to air out the place because, first of all, the rain comes pouring in, and second, the windows keep slamming shut. 

Here (Baden-Württemberg), it’s wet, cold, stormy, and unpleasant.

But over in the Ruhr region, where my parents live, the storm is even worse.

I hope Grischa passes over all of us without causing too much damage.

Please stay home as much as possible. Work on your UFOs, finish your current project, or just play games with the family.

I'm writing some texts right now. And the TV is on in the background

Early this morning, the wind blew one of my four flower boxes—flowers and all—off my balcony, and I have no idea where it landed. I can’t see it anywhere down below.
Once the storm dies down, I’ll go outside and look for it—maybe it’s still in one piece ;-)

Everyone, take good care of yourselves and stay inside where it’s nice and cozy!

Lower Saxony: Storm and rain, and there was even a thunderstorm earlier.
I didn't sleep for half the night.... :-(

Bavaria—very stormy. They’re doing roof work on our house right now. I hope the scaffolding holds up...

It’s very stormy here (BW)—rainy and just awful. It was pretty loud at night with the shutters rattling.

I’ve already announced that I won’t be leaving my sofa for the next three days and will keep knitting my Christmas gifts. 

North Rhine-Westphalia reports: sunshine, cool, a little wind.

There’s a fierce storm on the northern side of the Alps. I hope we don’t lose power.

Hamburg: Very stormy last night. Flooding again. Now it’s sunny with a bit of wind.

Basel: Cool now, 10 degrees. Windy at times, but not too bad. All in all, though, it’s a day for some cozy knitting time and for producing more unfinished projects again. I’ve got too many ideas in my head again, smile.

BW: The wind has died down, but it’s gray outside and 11°.

I’m definitely not going out in this weather. I’ll sort out my scraps box later so I can get started tomorrow.

Lower Saxony: After a very stormy night, the sun is shining now :)

Berlin: the storm is letting up, with alternating rain, clouds, a brief spell of sunshine, and now rain again. I made it to my main job unscathed this morning at 4 a.m., though. The fire department, however, is working nonstop.

Here in the Hochtaunus, a strong breeze has been blowing since early this morning.

At rehab in Berchtesgaden: constant rain and constant stormy weather :-( The loop scarf just got finished :D

Chiemsee: Storm warning—things are slowly calming down again.

Here in southern Bavaria, we’re having some really proper awful weather—ideal for crocheting and knitting, if I didn’t have so many other things to do...

Netherlands (North Holland): stormy with alternating sunshine and rain.

Here in Saxony-Anhalt, the weather is “awful.”
It’s storming like crazy—it started last night and hasn’t stopped yet. Fallen trees and roofs blown off aren’t uncommon. Plus, it’s still raining nonstop.
Terrible!

On the Swiss Plateau: Gray and windy in the morning, rain in the afternoon… So it would be ideal craft weather, but unfortunately I had to tidy up first, since a few colleagues are coming over tomorrow evening!

Here in Norway, we had wonderful sunshine, and it was also საკმაოდ windy, with temperatures around 6°C. But it wasn’t as stormy as it was for most others. Here, only the loose leaves were blowing around.

Today in Solingen (in the Cologne-Düsseldorf-Wuppertal triangle), we had it all—especially sudden, violent gusts of wind. We were at a small market with our spinning group, and we had to hold on to the gazebo more than once. We were chilled to the bone despite layering up. But it was still lovely—the friendly company and the interested, relaxed audience made it all worthwhile.
