Pattern Downloads

I appreciate the quick response to my email dated October 9, 2017. So, I purchased the patterns without any issues. Everything was in English. However, when I went to download the patterns in PDF and ZIP formats, they were all in a foreign language.

How can I print out all of my patterns in English?

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

The patterns you bought are all in German. The patterns are not translated automatically; they must be provided by the author in English. You can use this link to contact the author; maybe translations are already available.

I emailed the author of the patterns I bought twice, but haven’t heard back. Is there another way I can get the patterns in English, or is there something you can do? Please let me know.

Hello Keilee, Sorry for the late reply—I hadn’t seen your request yet, but of course I’ll address the issue immediately! Not all patterns are in English. Which patterns did you purchase that are now in the wrong language? If the pattern you want is available in English, I’ll send it to you. Furthermore, as a small gesture of goodwill for the delayed response, I will issue you a refund for the cost of the patterns in the incorrect language. Best regards, Knitwork by Ina
