Shawl “Musterwellen” by Veronika Hug

Sigh, I’m stuck on the pattern for this shawl. If anyone has already knitted this, I’d appreciate some helpful tips. The knitting chart goes up to row 68. After that, you’re supposed to repeat rows 29 through 68 over and over. But row 29 is much shorter than rows 68 or 69. I’m really stuck on this and don’t understand how to do it. I’m waiting for clarification and keep thinking it over (probably overcomplicating things).
