A scarf with a simple openwork pattern, crocheted from sock yarn.

You can find the pattern here.

Basically, it’s a mesh pattern with a few cable stitches worked in here and there. There’s a tutorial for that. You’ll need 2 skeins of 4-ply sock yarn.

This triangular shawl has a beautiful lace pattern. My original is made from sock yarn, but it can basically be crocheted with any type of yarn. Maybe not one that’s too thick, but otherwise you can use whatever you like. The size can also be easily adjusted to suit your needs.

With its enchanting diamond-patterned lace design, it looks fresh and is also very easy to crochet ♥

Using 250 to 300 g of yarn (shown here: Myboshi No. 2) and size 3 crochet hook, it measures approximately 93 cm long and 42 cm wide. However, the pattern can be easily adjusted in length and width.

Scarf Sheila - an eye-catching openwork piece!

>>> to the pattern <<<

The lace pattern is easy to crochet and forgives small mistakes - so the Sheila scarf is also a great beginner project.
You only need yarn and basic crochet skills.

You will need:
  • 200g 4-ply gradient yarn cake (approx. 760m)
  • 1 crochet hook size 4
  • 1 sewing needle/embroidery needle for weaving in the ends
With this yarn, the scarf will be approx. 225cm long and 33cm wide.

You should know how to:
  • chain stitches
  • slip stitches
  • double crochet
  • foundation double crochet (explained in the pattern - sounds more complicated than it is)
  • crochet in rows

Practical shopping net with the life motto "Live Love Laugh".
This cute shopping net reminds you to take a short break now and then and
enjoy life. Thanks to the filet pattern, the bag is crocheted in no time and also makes a great gift.

For the material, I used Catania by Schachenmayr; of course, you can also use any other cotton yarn—also great for using up leftovers. Crochet hooks 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm.
The bag is 35 cm wide and 45 cm tall (including handles).

Suitable for beginners.

The pattern is described in detail with a counting pattern, crochet chart, and many pictures.

Casual top/tunic for late summer!

Thanks to the simple cut combined with an easy pattern, this tunic is quick and easy to crochet.

With a long-sleeved shirt underneath, it’s also a great garment for fall.

Whether casual with jeans, elegant with a skirt, or simply at the beach -
this shirt/tunic is always an eye-catcher. If you make it longer,
it turns into a great dress or mini dress.

The pattern is written for sizes 36/38, 40/42, and 44/46.
But other sizes are no problem either thanks to the simple cut;
how to do it is also explained in the pattern.

Go to the pattern here

The pattern includes written instructions, a crochet chart (basic pattern), and a schematic.

Required prior knowledge: chain stitch, single crochet, and double crochet

Material:
  • Elastico“ by Lana Grossa (yardage 160 m/50 g) in carnation (col. 127), size 36/38 = 250 g, size 40/42 = 300 g, size 44/46 = 350 g

When people think of “lace patterns,” they often think of shawls, scarves, sweaters, or filet crochet.
But this sturdy shopping net, too—made here from hemp parcel twine—consists of a simple lace pattern:

  • Any yarn of your choice is possible with the matching hook size; used here: 250 g parcel twine
    (100% hemp), 200 g – 160 m length, and 6.0 crochet hook;
    2 stitch markers recommended, cord stoppers if needed.
  • Any desired sizes possible
  • Also suitable for using up leftover yarn (color changes are explained)
  • Easy to crochet – basic crochet skills are enough

If you’d like to practice crocheting a lace pattern on a small piece first, the crocheted dirndl for Barbies is a good choice. The apron is crocheted in a simple lace pattern so it drapes nice and loosely. The other parts of the dirndl are crocheted with single crochet stitches and double crochet. Doesn’t Barbie look smart in it?
