I found this video while searching for arm-knitting videos on YouTube for the other thread on arm knitting and arm crocheting. Technically speaking, she isn’t actually arm knitting in the video, so I’m starting a separate thread for that, but I didn’t want to keep this from you guys. Can any of you keep up with these knitting needles? ;- )

There are more knitters who do this. This one uses PVC pipes and sewn-together fleece strips instead of yarn.
I can well believe the lady in the video that it turns into a workout and arm-muscle training.

Wow, really. That’s the only thing that comes to mind. You’d have to come up with an idea like using PVC pipes wrapped at the ends first.

I think arm knitting without those big knitting needles is more practical.

The large knitting needles are nice to look at, but they’d be too big for me.
A crochet hook that size would probably be too unwieldy to handle. With the large knitting needles, you can probably achieve good results with a little practice.
