This crocheted heart in popcorn stitch is about 20 cm x 20 cm and can be used in many ways: for example, as a pillow cover for a small decorative pillow or for a cherry pit pillow. If you crochet a hanger onto it, you can also use it as a potholder.
The popcorn stitch isn’t that hard; it is explained in detail in the pattern. The back is crocheted only with single crochet stitches.
A gift that truly comes “from the heart”!
Now all you need is about 100 g of potholder yarn and, of course,
the pattern!

These little gnomes are simply adorable. And with a little heart on their pointed hats, they make a beautiful Advent calendar—for little and big kids alike.

What makes them so special are their many useful features:

  • You can use them to wrap gifts (e.g., money, jewelry, candy, and much more), especially for Secret Santa exchanges.
  • They’re a huge hit as egg cozies.
  • They make a sweet little gift for young and old alike.
  • They keep your knitting and crochet supplies safe, such as buttons.
  • They can also store jewelry inside.
  • They also make a great Advent calendar.
  • They’re a huge hit at kids’ birthday parties and are sure to bring lots of joy.
  • And of course, they’re also a great toy for kids.

Wherever these cute little gnomes are placed, they spread joy and good cheer! :-)
This makes them a truly heartfelt gift for loved ones.

I’d describe the difficulty level as easy. It just takes a little patience and skill to shape the faces.

Beginners with basic crocheting skills can easily and quickly recreate these gnomes.

The individual steps are described in detail in the pattern. The PDF file is 21 pages long and includes 53 individual photos.
