Bangle bracelets made from PET bottles - modern, colorful, and casual!
Bangles or bracelets are the perfect addition to any outfit and always a
eye-catcher. Here I show you a special method for quickly and easily
making stylish bangles with very little material.

All you need is an old PET bottle, some yarn, and for a bit of
glamour, a piece of rhinestone chain - and in no time you’ll have a truly
unique piece of jewelry. Also great as a gift or small present to bring along.

You can combine the bangles however you like. Whether you wear just one
bangle (possibly a little wider), two, or several bangles at the same time
- they are always a real eye-catcher. Depending on which
colors you use, these pieces of jewelry can look either elegant (e.g.
in black and white), cheerfully summery (colorful in pastel shades), etc.

No metal, flexible, and feather-light - making them super comfortable to wear.
Materials used: plastic from PET bottles, cotton (Catania Grande by Schachenmayr), rhinestone chain, jewelry glue.

The bangles are washable at 30 degrees in a laundry net.

Detailed description as a PDF file with over 20 step-by-step photos.

These wrist warmers are green and blue, and all you need is a scrap of sock yarn—about 90m is enough for a pair.

You can find the pattern here.

These wrist warmers are easy to knit. They feature a slightly unconventional lace pattern, which is explained in detail in a photo tutorial; otherwise, the pattern presents no difficulties. You don’t even have to struggle with a thumb—they’re knitted in rows.

A small bookmark is quick to knit and requires very little yarn.

A scrap of cotton yarn (approx. 20 m), matching knitting needles, and you’re ready to go. The bookmark has a lace pattern that somewhat resembles leaves. A knitting chart is included, as well as row-by-row written instructions.

Brighten up your breakfast table with these truly unique and original elephant egg cozies! They’re absolute eye-catchers and turn every breakfast into an experience. They’re very quick to crochet and make great gifts. This pattern is also perfect for beginners. You should know how to:
  • Make a magic ring and crochet in spiral rounds
  • Work single crochet stitches
  • Sew the individual pieces together
  • So you should have a good grasp of the basics of crocheting ;-)
What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 15g of yarn (preferably 100% cotton, which will make the egg cozies nice and sturdy) in light blue or gray, depending on what color you want your elephant to be. The yarn should be suitable for a 3mm crochet hook
  • Leftover yarn in white or cream for the tusks. These scraps should be suitable for a 2mm crochet hook
  • 3mm and 2mm crochet hooks
  • Googly eyes and superglue
  • Scissors and a darning needle
  • a stitch marker

For these pretty crocheted doll dresses, I used a different yarn—the turquoise is lighter and softer, and the yarn is slightly thicker.

The “Swing” dress series includes 7 patterns, all of which you’ll receive, so you can mix and match however you like:
  • Long dress with a circle skirt
  • Short dress with a bell-shaped skirt
  • Sun hat with lace
  • Beret
  • Flight attendant cap
  • Bag
  • Petticoat (hand-sewing instructions)
All of these patterns are also perfect for crochet beginners. I hope you have lots of fun with this project too — Ina

> Luftmaschen
> feste Maschen
> Stäbchen
> Doppelstäbchen
> Kettmaschen
