The colors alone will put you in a good mood with this lightweight crocheted scarf made from sock yarn. Find yourselves a shady spot under a tree and enjoy the summer while it lasts!
The pattern is quite easy; the scarf mainly consists of a mesh pattern that is livened up here and there with a few crocheted-in cables. There is a photo tutorial for the cables.
You’ll need two balls of sock yarn and a 3.5 mm crochet hook.

And this way to the pattern.

The colors of the Caribbean are captured in this knitted shopping bag.

You can find the pattern here.

The bag is knitted in thick cotton yarn; you’ll need two different colors. The pattern looks much more complicated than it actually is.

If you want to brighten up your kitchen with the colors of summer fruits, pot holders are a very easy way to do it. They’re knitted from thick cotton using thin needles to create a tight fabric that protects against heat. The pattern is very simple and consists of knit and purl stitches. Great for beginners!

You can find the pattern here.

Here’s the pattern

I’m really taken with the dish sponge yarn from rico design. So I had to come up with a summery pattern: here is the flip-flop dish sponge, your companion for summer dishwashing and in the shower. It works both as a dish sponge and as an exfoliating accessory in the bathroom.

The pattern is text-based and suitable for beginners and advanced crocheters. It contains a detailed description of every single row.

To make it, you’ll need a 3.5 mm crochet hook, scissors, a darning needle, and rico design creative bubble yarn in two colors (less than 50 g total).

One by one, you’ll create little individual works of art that you can reuse after Christmas for other occasions (Easter ;-)). You can also easily crochet these individual pouches while commuting on the train or on vacation.

    also work

This gift box is definitely creative and colorful! Its unusual shape also leaves plenty of room for creativity when wrapping: by skillfully arranging several smaller gifts, it provides delightful surprises right into the very last corner.

The pyramid is made of cardstock and measures approximately 18.5 x 13.5 x 18.5 cm. It’s easy to make and, thanks to the detailed instructions, well suited even for beginners.
