Download Patterns

Hello, the patterns I purchased and that are available for download aren't showing up for me. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a general issue right now? Thank you in advance for your help.

Thank you very much! Unfortunately, I still don’t have access to my downloads. Right now, I need the Celair. I bought the pattern yesterday, but the download isn’t working.

Alternatively, you could try the following:
Clear your cookies and refresh your browser, or try logging in with a different browser.

I’m sure the problem will be resolved soon.

OK, I’ve tried that—I cleared my cookies and refreshed my browser. I logged in using a different browser and changed my password. No luck. But I was just able to download Edlothia. Still, my download folder here is empty. Thanks for the tips; unfortunately, I’ll have to keep waiting.

The rest will work out too, I’m sure. 

My files on here are still missing, and I haven’t received the pattern for the Celair shawl either. :(

I take it all back! The patterns are baaaaaaaack! Yippee!!!!
