Since I only have 5 suggestions so far for who I can surprise with a little St. Nicholas stocking, but I’m sure you know many more lovely people, I’m bringing this topic over from my blog to here
Is there a special person we can bring a little joy to on your behalf with a small, generously filled St. Nicholas stocking??? Whether it’s your significant other, a nice neighbor, or a helpful coworker… just tell me why this person in particular deserves to be surprised, and I’ll send one of my hand-knitted St. Nicholas stockings and hopefully bring a little joy
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/3563/adventskalender-christmas-stocking-nikolaus-soeckchen because I had so much fun knitting for my new pattern that I ended up with more stockings than I need myself, so I thought I’d bring joy to someone else with them. After all, the true joy of Christmas only really comes from sharing. So send me your suggestions here by November 30 (please don’t nominate yourselves), and then on December 1, I’ll draw the lucky winner and send off the Christmas stocking so it arrives on St. Nicholas Day, right on time at their doorstep. By the way, a dear customer from Norway gave me the idea for these little stockings last year. He wanted to surprise his wife and three children with filled Christmas stockings dangling by the fireplace, so he ordered them from me. He had a very specific vision of what they should look like—with reindeer, stars…—and so I came up with these cute little stockings. Last year, I knitted a few more of them and gave them as gifts. This year, I’ve written down the pattern for you so that you, too, can bring joy to your loved ones. I hope you have fun knitting them, and I hope lots of you will join in and tell me who should receive a sweet, filled little stocking. Warm regards, Nici:
