Kenny Beetle loves spending time in the meadow. But he would certainly feel right at home in a child's room, too.

Using the specified materials, Kenny Beetle measures 24 cm tall when sitting.
I personally recommend cotton yarn for making all my animals and dolls.

The pattern includes many step-by-step photos that make it easier to recreate. Basic crochet skills (single crochet, spiral rounds, etc.) are required, however.

To make Kenny Beetle, you will need the following materials:
  • 50 g cotton yarn in medium green
  • 50 g cotton yarn in light green
  • 25 g cotton yarn in white
  • leftover cotton yarn in black (for embroidering the mouth)
  • one pair of safety eyes, 12 mm, in brown-black
  • stuffing
  • crochet hook size 3
Here is the pattern:

Barbie has just slipped into a brand-new, stylish bikini to look her best this summer—whether at the beach, by the pool, or in the sea.
To carry the things she needs, she’s brought along a super-trendy drawstring bag that even fits her cozy, soft towel !

All you need is just a little yarn (gauge is provided so you can use a different yarn than “Wollbutt Sonja” and a 2.5 hook size if needed), a little time, a suitable dress-up doll (because who else is going to wear this pretty outfit?!) and the desire to make it.
Even beginners will have no trouble following this lavishly illustrated step-by-step pattern, which also comes with an unillustrated print version.

Lavender in a Pot - Crochet Pattern

Few plants are as versatile as lavender: repelling moths, healing wounds, or simply providing relaxation.
************************************************************************************************************************* And lavender is relaxing for your crochet hook, too.
It is easy and quick to crochet and can be used in many ways. As a potted plant for decoration or as an unusual gift, or even as part of a floral arrangement together with other crocheted plants, the lavender really stands out.
************************************************************************************************************************* The pattern shows you step by step, with numerous photos, how this lavender will quickly come off your hook. And best of all: you can design “your” lavender entirely to your taste and wishes with many variation options. The pattern shows you how.
*********************************************************************************************************************** Since no complicated techniques or types of stitches are required, the lavender is also an ideal project for beginners and newcomers to crocheting flowers, with success guaranteed.

All you need to know is:
  • chain stitches,
  • slip stitches and
  • half double crochet stitches

Very little material is required, so suitable leftover wool and yarn can also be used.
Materials used for the pattern:
  • size 10 crochet thread in light green, purple, and purple gradient thread,
  • floral wire for the stem
  • size 1.0 crochet hook
Here you can download the pattern

Crochet Pattern for Beginners: Hedwig the Owl Pot Holder

Everyone knows the saying: every beginning is hard.
Ninety-five percent of crochet beginners start with a pot holder to practice the stitches they’ve learned... In most cases, it’s a pretty square, and those who dare might even use different colors.

But does it always have to be this square pot holder ... that usually disappears into obscurity somewhere?
A while back, one of my students asked me this question… and what can I say… I thought about it for a moment and told her… “No.”

And that’s how Hedwig came to be… A pot holder that doesn’t disappear into obscurity, practical, decorative, and even perfect as a gift.

 A beginner’s project that’s sure to impress.

It requires very little material, so even small leftover yarn is enough to bring Hedwig to life.

The detailed 13-page pattern shows you how. Every step is explained and illustrated with numerous step-by-step photos, so you’ll achieve great results in no time.

What you’ll need:
  • Leftover yarn of any type and color
  • Crochet hook size 4.0

You can never go wrong with this shoulder warmer! Always an eye-catcher, both in summer and winter!
The fringe adds that special something!

The pattern gives this stole a compelling elegance—yet, with the right combination, it can just as easily be worn casually.

A detailed description (row by row) guides you through the crochet process.
For clarity, a crochet chart is also included in the pattern.
A illustrated step-by-step explanation for creating the fringe is also included in the pattern.

The measurements are approximately: length: approx. 145 cm (without fringe), width: approx. 55 cm
Gauge is included as always—for any adjustments!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

This openwork-look sweater can be worn all year round.
There are no limits to the variations - whether over a tank top, a bikini top, or a long shirt - it simply always works!
The two buttons set the trend!

The pattern is simple, yet sophisticated; the cut requires no decreases or increases at all...
... making it absolutely recommended for beginners too!

A detailed description guides you through the crochet process.
For clarification, the pattern also includes a chart in crochet chart form.

This pattern is designed for sizes S/M and L/XL.
However, the pattern explains how the sweater can be easily adapted to any size.
The included cut and the gauge help with that!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

This cotton pinafore skirt grows with your child from ages 1.5 to 5, without needing to knit anything on. A true transformation artist and very practical.

The little pinafore dress is very easy and quick to knit in one piece, meaning without seams. This also makes it easy for beginners with basic skills to make.

More advantages of this convertible little dress:
  • It can be worn in both summer and winter. Both a T-shirt and a sweater fit underneath, as the photos show.
  • There are no seams! The dress is knitted from the bottom up in one piece. The straps are knitted separately.
