Whether you use them to decorate your Christmas tree, as napkin rings, or as gift tags is entirely up to you.

For materials, you’ll need cotton yarn 50 g/125 m, so you can make great use of all your leftovers; you can also use eyelash yarn and fluffy yarn, a little stuffing, hot glue, pins, and crochet hooks size 3, 2.5, and 2

Our new favorite bag for every occasion! It’s called Red Rocks, and we already love it! And because it’s so versatile, our motto from now on is: Sew the Red Rocks bag and be happy! ;)

Red Rocks is actually two bags in one: hidden under the spacious flap is a second bag that easily fits your cell phone, wallet, and lipstick!

My newest pattern is this colorful hat for babies or toddlers (there are 3 different sizes, but you can also knit larger sizes using the same basic pattern).

Knitting pattern for the Rapunzel hat

It was inspired by the fairy tale of Rapunzel and her long braid hanging down. This hat features similar braids. It’s not easy to knit, so it’s definitely not suitable for beginners.
You’ll need yarn in 2 different colors. I used Steinbach Strapaz, which has a yardage of 150 m per 50 g. It is knitted on 4 mm needles.

This floral arrangement is a dream in white and purple.

The white Cattleya orchid impresses with its large ruffled petals and the large, almost tube-shaped lip with a color accent. Paired with vibrant lavender. The composition is rounded out by the ground-covering Dalmatian bellflower cushion.

In the dark, the integrated solar light gives off a soft, romantic glow, a true feast for the eyes.

A decoration with special flair, an ideal gift for any occasion that is sure to be well received. A lovely addition to your windowsill or flower bench.

The detailed, richly illustrated pattern includes:
  • the Cattleya orchid,
  • the lavender,
  • the Dalmatian bellflower cushion
All three patterns are easy to understand and therefore also suitable for beginners.

What you should know how to do:
  • chain stitches
  • single crochet
  • slip stitches
  • double crochet (half double, double, treble crochet)
Material:
  • crochet thread in.... white, dark green, light matte green, purple, and/or purple gradient yarn,
  • floral stem wire,
  • wrapping wire
  • green crepe tape,
  • a solar light
You can download this dream here!

Brand new in my shop is the triangular shawl "November Rain",

which you can read more about here.

It is a lace shawl that is knitted with sock yarn and can very easily be worked in any size you like. For mine, with a wingspan of 150 cm, I used 500 m of yarn, but of course the amount needed depends on the desired size. It is knitted on a 4 mm circular needle.
The pattern is fully written out and also shown in knitting charts. You should have basic knowledge of shawl construction; the lace pattern is not difficult.

You can never go wrong with this shoulder warmer! Always an eye-catcher, both in summer and winter!
The fringe adds that special something!

The pattern gives this stole a truly elegant look—yet, with the right combination, it can just as easily be worn casually.

A detailed description (row by row) guides you through the crochet process.
For clarity, a chart in crochet chart format is also included in the pattern.
A pictured step-by-step explanation for creating the fringe is also included in the pattern.

The dimensions are approximately: length: approx. 145 cm (without fringe), width: approx. 55 cm
Gauge is listed as always—for any adjustments!

And here is the pattern and more details...

Crochet pattern - Funny Snowmen

Funny Snowmen - a crochet pattern not only for beginners!

The most wonderful time of the year will soon be here again. The time when we craft and decorate.

A really fun decoration comes with this pattern.
But these snowmen are not only suitable for decorating, but also for little ones to play with, as gifts, as key rings or bag charms .

Depending on the yarn and hook size, the snowmen will be between 7 and 25 cm tall.
Material usage is low, so you can start right away with suitable leftover yarn.

You will also need:
  • a pair of safety eyes (these can, however, be replaced with small buttons or beads)
  • stuffing
  • for movable arms, pipe cleaners or some wire.
And because Christmas is also about gifts, the pattern for the Christmas tree (crochetable in any desired size) is included too.... and a ...(psssst..... not telling yet) ....small, funny surprise pattern.

The patterns are described in detail and supported by numerous step-by-step pictures, so that even beginners will have no problems.

St. Martin’s Day and the accompanying lantern parade are just four months away. To avoid any last-minute stress, you can start making a lantern now at your own pace—for example, this one:

The lantern is made of photo cardstock and tracing paper and measures approximately 21 x 22 cm. It’s easy to make, sturdy, and comfortable to carry.

This pullover with an openwork look can be worn all year round.
There are no limits to the variations - whether over a tank top, a bikini top, or a long shirt - it simply always works!
The two buttons set the trend!

The pattern is simple, yet sophisticated; the cut requires no decreases or increases at all...
... so it’s also absolutely recommended for beginners!

A detailed description guides you through the crochet process.
For clarity, a crochet chart is also included in the pattern..

This pattern is designed for sizes S/M and L/XL.
However, the pattern explains how the pullover can be easily adjusted to any size.
The included cut and the gauge help with that!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Crochet Pattern: Simple Eco-Friendly Mesh Bag Bernau #2

(Please click the image to purchase/download )

As part of our 2017/2018 eco-campaign here in Bernau am Chiemsee, this is a very natural shopping mesh bag that can withstand even heavier purchases when made with parcel twine . If you’d like, you can also line the bag.

  • With a bag handle
  • can also be used as a drawstring bag or shoulder bag—as a shopper
  • or even on your back—"piggyback" style—as a small backpack.
  • Any yarn of your choice can be used with the appropriate hook size; here we used 250 g of parcel twine
    (100% hemp), 200 g – 160 m running length, and a size 6.0 crochet hook;
2 stitch markers are recommended, and a cord stopper if needed.
  • Any size you like is possible

Just arrived and already spotted on runways around the world :-)

Fringed scarf.

Crocheted in very thick yarn (55m per 50g), this is a project you’ll finish in a flash. Also perfect for beginners! All you need to know are chain stitches and double crochets—that’s it.

Crochet pattern Eco Mesh Bag Bernau #3

(For purchase/download, please click the image)

This is another model from our Bernau environmental campaign.

This mesh bag is crocheted from approx. 140 m of thin packing twine (100% hemp; 200 g – 160 m running length), in rounds from bottom to top with hook size 6.0. If you like, you can crochet a colorful little heart or similar; for this, use a leftover bit of yarn for the little heart with a crochet hook size suitable for the yarn.

  • all desired sizes possible (yarn consumption varies depending on size)
  • all desired yarns possible (depending on the yarn weight and crochet hook size used, only the size changes)
  • basic crochet skills are enough
Finished measurements here:
unstretched/lying flat: approx. 25 cm high x 32 cm wide, i.e. circumference approx. 64 cm. The bag is very stretchy in the mesh area – you can fit quite a lot in it!

Included in the download :

  • 8-page PDF crochet pattern mesh bag (in text form, progress photos added after the written pattern), incl. illustrated instructions for a crocheted little heart
  • PDF Crochet Basics – illustrated basic crochet techniques
Have lots of fun crocheting and with all the later uses for this eco bag

These “Oktoberfest”-themed crochet appliqués are quick to make from a few colorful leftovers of yarn and are suitable for many purposes: to embellish jackets, sweaters, hats, etc., as scatter decoration, but also on a greeting card or as a gift tag, bag charm, and keychain. And I'm sure you'll think of even more!
A great project for using up leftover yarn!

For my next project, I was looking for some printed craft paper but couldn’t find anything suitable. I decided to design it myself, which is how I came up with my first—and so far only—digital paper design. Maybe it’s exactly what you’re looking for right now?

The small, dense design is perfect for all kinds of small projects, such as greeting cards, mini gift packaging, and similar items. All color variations are DIN A4 size and can be printed at home.

A door wreath doesn’t always have to be round—as you can see, it can also be shaped like a Christmas tree!
This year, my visitors will be greeted by these three super cute moose.

Are you now in the mood for a different kind of door wreath too?
