Dear users, dear authors,
The sun is shining, it’s summer , school vacation is (almost) here—it’s time for a day trip to the beach or a beach vacation .
You can download everything you need right here in this thread and, of course, in the shop as PDF patterns to follow along with. For patterns made with leftover yarn , you don’t even have to buy yarn beforehand. Handy, right?
Tip: Don’t forget the duck —otherwise, it might feel neglected.

@Authors,
please post 2–3 patterns here, each with a picture and link, as well as all the necessary information about materials, techniques, difficulty level, and what makes the pattern special.

Summer can come!
This tunic is so versatile: at the beach, in the city, ... always an eye-catcher!

The (glass) buttons add that special something—while there are no limits to your creativity.
And of course... the fringe is a must this summer!

The pattern is simple yet sophisticated, and the cut requires no decreases or increases at all...
... so it’s absolutely recommended for beginners too!

A detailed description guides you through the crochet process.
For clarification, a chart in crochet chart format can also be found in the pattern.
The button diagrams as well as the fringe-making are also illustrated and described.

This pattern is designed for sizes S/M, L, and XL.
However, the included cut and the gauge make it possible to work any size!

And here’s the pattern and more details...

Lots of things have to come along to the beach: books, food, drinks, ...
We have an idea for you here for where you can store the things you bring along!

Also: You can never have enough bags, so they are related to shoes :-)
So why not design one yourself for a change?

This bag has a size of about 47 x 35 cm.

And this way to the pattern and more details...

Bully, the little elephant, loves summer and the sun and has already packed everything for his trip to the beach: his swim ring, his sailboat, and, of course, his captain’s hat! Crochet this adorable little guy using gray fuzzy yarn or another type of gray yarn. You’ll need about 50 g of it; 15–20 g of the white and turquoise yarn (Catania by Schachenmayr) will suffice. You’ll also need some stuffing, safety eyes, and—of course—don’t forget: THE PATTERN!

Crochet Pattern for a Basket-Style Bag

Even beginners will get along well with the pattern, since the bag is made mostly with single crochet and half double crochet stitches.
You’ll have this companion crocheted in no time, since it’s made from textile yarn and crocheted with a size 12 hook.
