Pandas and Bears

Dear users, dear authors.
The Berlin Zoo has received two pandas, which will be presented to the public on July 5. You can read the details here.
Not everyone may have the opportunity to travel to Berlin, but in our shop there are many delightful panda patterns that you can download right away and make yourself.
Of course, we also have more bears, teddies, as well as animals and amigurumi of all kinds.

You can never have enough teddy bears, and a little koala bear belongs in every teddy collection. 

The beginner-friendly crochet pattern includes lots of pictures and detailed explanations. As an extra effect, you can also work in crinkle foil and a rattle egg. 

Difficulty level: Easy 

What you need :

Gründl Happy (100 g = 250 m yardage)

• Light gray (approx. 150 g), a little dark gray and a little black.
• White cuddly yarn (approx. 20-30 g) and two safety eyes
• Plus plenty of crinkle foil, a larger surprise egg filled with rice.
• Needle size 4, yarn needle, and scissors

You just have to love Panda Patrick with his affectionate gaze!
Panda Patrick will be 25 cm long when made using the specified materials. I personally recommend cotton yarn for making all of my cuddly toys.

Lars Loverbear is a little heartbreaker. Who could resist his gaze?

Lars Loverbear will be 24 cm tall when made using the specified materials. I personally recommend cotton yarn for making all of my cuddly toys.

The pattern includes many step-by-step photos that make it easier to work up. However, basic crochet skills (single crochet, increases/decreases, spiral rounds, etc.) are required.

Crochet Pattern Teddy Bärt

I am Teddy Bärt...and I will be about 17 cm tall if you also use Catania yarn from Schachenmayr and a 2.5 mm crochet hook. And for that you need exactly 1 ball of yarn. The nice thing is, though, that you can crochet Teddy Bärt with any yarn you like. However, the same yarn should be used throughout. In that case, the amount of yarn may of course vary.

Materials

• Catania Color shade 204, one ball, and a tiny bit of black
• 2.5 mm crochet hook
• Large and small sewing needle
• Scissors
• Stuffing

What you should know how to do

• Chain stitches
• Single crochet stitches
• Slip stitches
• Crochet in rounds
• Increasing and decreasing
• Simple sewing on
