Dear users, dear authors,
the next winter is sure to come. Summer won’t last forever; hot days will soon be a thing of the past. ;) I’m only saying that because I’m too warm. :-)
And in winter, you’ll need slippers or house socks again, and that’s exactly what this thread is for. Download house sock patterns now.

@Authors,
2–3 patterns per author are enough.
Don’t forget the link and image, as well as information on materials, technique, difficulty level, and details about what makes the pattern special.

Festive Slippers in Sizes 36–40

They’re finally here.
Slippers that also look great on festive occasions. For example, on “Christmas Eve,” you may well want to wear something a little more festive.
And then put on the “regular” slippers?
Also wonderful if you’re invited to friends’ house: your great outfit will still look fantastic if you bring your own festive slippers and don’t have to wear the slippers provided.

I have some beautiful slippers for you for the festive days of the year, and of course for any other time as well. The pattern consists of 8 pages and also includes a few photos. I’ve explained everything step by step.

Materials:
  • Catania yarn in dark blue (for the sole)
  • ONline yarn Linie 175 Sapphire (for the sheen)
  • Crochet hook 4.0
  • Sewing needle
  • Markers

What you should know

  • chain stitch
  • slip stitch
  • double crochet
  • half double crochet
  • crocheting in rounds

Sock Knitting Course for 4-Ply Yarn—All Sizes for Baby, Children’s, Women’s, and Men’s Socks

(Click the image to purchase/download )

Knitting socks (using leftover sock yarn, if you have any) is wonderful—no matter where you are,

  • whether it’s raining or snowing while you’re on the couch
  • whether it’s winter or summer
  • during a (work) break
  • in a boat on a lake or at the sea
  • at the beach
  • while traveling by train or plane
  • and so on...
...and feet big and small alike will be delighted with the results...

This is an illustrated sock-knitting tutorial based on size 15 baby socks knitted from 4-ply sock yarn, with charts for all sizes

Included in the download :

  • Detailed, fully illustrated PDF main pattern
  • hand-drawn sketches
  • Baby sock chart for sizes 15–20
  • Sock chart for sizes 22–47
Integrated into the main pattern is a brief pattern for baby mittens , as parts of the baby sock pattern can be used for this project.

Don’t be alarmed! It’s harder to describe the process than it is to actually knit the socks.

Materials needed:
4-ply sock yarn (wonderfully soft options include, for example, Ferner’s “Lungauer
Sockengarn” merino sock yarns or Austermann’s “Step” with aloe vera
and jojoba, or “Comfort” with cashmere)

  • approx. 15 g for the baby socks,
  • approx. 10 g for the baby mittens,
  • for adult socks up to size 44: 100 g,
  • if larger than size 44, then 150 g are required.
A set of double-pointed needles size 2.5, measuring tape, scissors, and a yarn needle for weaving in.

The baby socks can also be embroidered, for example, and used in various ways—not just as baby socks—such as “wrapping” for monetary gifts or candy, as an Advent calendar, or as a keychain—the possibilities are endless.

Easy Baby Crochet Shoes incl. Knitting Version

(Please click the image to purchase/download)

This is an illustrated crochet pattern for easy-to-crochet baby shoes.

Basic crochet skills are enough.

We need:

approx. 50 g cotton (blend) yarn with a yardage of approx. 90 m per 50 g, for (knitting) needle size 4.0–5.0; used here: crochet hook 4.5; however, thinner yarn can also be used—the specified measurements are what matter (check the gauge), leftover yarn for the bows or 2 pretty buttons, yarn needle, measuring tape, scissors.
In addition to the detailed pattern, I have also created a short crochet pattern (sketch) as well as a short pattern for the knitted version.

By the way: you can also “wrap” cash gifts this way...

Have fun “crocheting/knitting baby feet” :-)

Lustige Puschen

In this weather, you sometimes just want to curl up on the couch in the evening with cozy socks—and why should they always be so boring? Here I have two models that are real eye-catchers.

The highly sought-after shark sock, which looks as if it has swallowed your foot and is always a great gift. (There is also a pattern for babies

Or the cool crocodile sock, which also loves to eat feet.

Difficulty level: intermediate

What you need to know:

Magic ring, single crochet, half double crochet, slip stitches, and a little dexterity

What you need for the socks

Color-coordinated yarn from Gründl Happy, buttons for the eyes, 3.5 mm crochet hook, plus sewing needle and scissors. You can find exact quantities in the respective product description

If you’re looking for really special slippers, you’ve come to the right place.
Knitting them from a simple pattern is especially fun,

and they also make great gifts, since they’re shaped like little pouches,

let yourself be surprised!
