Dear users, dear designers,
Rugs were considered stuffy for a while, but that has changed. Rugs, both large and small, are back in style. Fortunately, on Crazypatterns we have delightful rug patterns that you can download right away and make yourself. If you like, you can even make a rug from granny squares, which is also a great way to use up leftover yarn. Even beginners can do it.
Wouldn’t that be a nice project for your vacation?
Get started.
Tip: Rugs for the dollhouse can also be presented here.

@Autoren,
this is an advertising thread for all designers.
2–3 patterns per designer are enough.
Don’t forget an image and link, as well as information about the material, technique, difficulty level, and what makes the pattern special.

This colorful rug will instantly put you in a good mood and is a cheerful eye-catcher in any child's room. It is easy-care, washable, and non-slip. You can crochet it with a diameter of 70 or 100 cm. The crochet pattern is also suitable for beginners . We crochet chain stitches, half double crochets, double crochets, and slip stitches.Materials:
  • 500 or 1100 g acrylic yarn (e.g., Twister Sport or G-B No. 1; yardage 150 m/50 g)
  • crochet hook size 6
  • rug grip spray or liquid latex milk (source is given in the pattern)
I hope you enjoy making this one-of-a-kind rug.
Warm regards from Ina

A rug like this in a child’s room is a special decorative piece. Every rug is one of a kind and guaranteed to be unique. You choose the size and colors.  It is an ideal beginner crochet project that is a lot of fun, but does require diligence and perseverance. We crochet a grid made of chain stitches, single crochet stitches, and double crochet stitches. We thread knitting-dolly cords through the grid, which we have previously made with a Prym knitting dolly. I show you exactly how everything works on 28 illustrated pages. The amount of material needed depends on the
size of your desired rug. Leftover yarn can also be
used up very well. You will find all further information about the materials on the pattern cover page. I hope you have lots of fun with the rug - Your Ina

This small rug (75 cm in diameter) is quick to crochet using 1 jumbo skein of G-B Big Wucht (acrylic yarn, yardage 1200 meters/400 g) and a size 6 crochet hook. It will find its favorite spot anywhere in the home, where it can be admired and used: in the children’s room, the bathroom, the hallway, or on the balcony. The back is rubberized so it won’t slip. For two siblings, for example, you could crochet one for each child in their favorite color, and it could go in front of their little bed.

We crochet with 3 strands, so it’s finished really quickly and we can soon enjoy our beautiful piece. The crochet pattern is very well suited for beginners . We crochet chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, and slip stitches. I hope you have lots of fun with this project.
Best wishes - Yours, Ina
