download

I tried to download 25 free files, but for all 25 of them I got an error message. What could be causing this? I would appreciate some help. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Gabriele

Has the download worked for you before, or has it not worked at all yet?
What error message did you get, or what did it say?
Do you have a PDF reader installed?
Did you try downloading it on a PC or on a mobile device?

Hi everyone, I only have a tablet. I’ve downloaded files many times before, just not from you guys yet. 

And when I click on the help page, it says this website is unavailable

I have a suggestion: Here at CP, the PDF files aren’t downloaded directly. The files are contained in a ZIP archive, so in addition to a PDF reader, you’ll need a ZIP file extractor—which, on tablets, may need to be downloaded as an app. You can find more details at the link Josefa provided; I hope you can open it now.
