HELP

Hi,
can anyone help me? I just don’t understand this pattern! Things get confusing starting at row 25… How am I supposed to crochet it in mirror image? It seems to me that, starting at row 25, I’d end up with the threads in the middle of the crochet piece… And crocheting back on the right triangle wouldn’t work either…
Am I just too dumb, or is it really described that poorly?

I’m guessing that you crochet the pattern up to the middle and then work the next half of the crochet chart or written instructions in reverse.

Example: 3 single crochets, 2 chain stitches, 5 double crochets—repeat to the middle (possibly center stitches), then 5 double crochets, 2 chain stitches, 3 single crochets to the end.

That’s right, but it says, for example, “8 sc” and “leave the remaining stitches unworked,” and if I do it the other way around, it looks like a mess… plus, I’d end up with all the threads in the middle of the piece… 

...because there’s a color change in the middle...
