Happy Holiday (no advertising)

How are things going with you?

Today, on Labor Day, I’m taking the day off and enjoying some peace and quiet, since yesterday was nice but also very exhausting. 

My husband and I have been together for 25 years today. That’s why May 1st is always our anniversary, and today is a very special one. We’re about to go out for a delicious meal.

Today I’m mostly spending time with my family. I cooked a delicious meal and baked a little something :)
Now the kids have to take a bath and then go to bed. And then the best part of the day comes again *laughs* Crochet time <3

Today I’m going to laze around all day long.

It’s been raining nonstop! So I had a lazy day and started a dragon hat (unfortunately not my own design) for my grandson.

@Petra: Your “lazy cat photo” is great.

We still had some sunshine until around 2:30 p.m.—I was sitting on the balcony crocheting, then went for a short walk, and then the rain came and it got really cold. I did a little housework and then spent some time filling promotional threads until just now; after all, that takes time, too. Now I’m turning off the computer—hehe.

I was able to use the time somewhat productively: I translated 2 of my patterns!

Unfortunately, the holiday is almost over again, and tomorrow I'll be going back to work as usual, full of energy. 
Now I'm going to spend the rest of the day doing what I've been putting off all day: sorting laundry :(

Good morning. I went to the flea market with a friend yesterday. Since we’re moving in December, I’ve already started decluttering.
I had 5 boxes of books and thought they’d sell well for 50 cents each. Fat chance. It really seems like nobody reads anymore. My 2 boxes of cookbooks barely got a second glance either.

I’m really not the flea market type, though. If I didn’t like someone, I wouldn’t sell them my stuff.
I made €80+ and decided, “Never again.”
Now I’m relaxing a bit before I have to go to work

Yeah, you’ve got to like flea markets. I used to do that with my kids when it was time to clear out their toys. We’d often end up with more than we started with. But the kids had fun.
