What error message are you getting? So the download works?
Please send me the link to the pattern, then I can contact the author for you and ask for help. Maybe she knows what to do.
If that doesn't help, we'll ask technical support. We'll sort it out.
Laura from support can also cancel one of your purchases, so you don't have to pay twice.

But that’s not enough; you also need a program that can play videos.

it doesn't work there either; only the intro of the video can be opened

last year I already bought the video once
back then everything worked
now I wanted to finish it, and then it wasn't even the same thing anymore
so I had to buy it again
and it doesn't work
I was able to watch and open the last video on my Kindle without any problems

You didn't need to buy it again—you can simply download purchased patterns and videos again.
Please talk to Laura from support so she can cancel one of the purchases.

I can understand if you don’t want to buy anything else from this author, but this would allow you to finish what you started. It would be a shame to waste all the time and energy you’ve put into it.

I also have a small problem, and I’ve already written to the author, but unfortunately she doesn’t know what to do either. I bought the “Stern-Loop” as a video tutorial, and when I try to open it, it always says it doesn’t contain a file, even though the first part opens just fine. Glowningneedles_patterns

The customer and I are in contact, but neither of us understands why the first video works but the second one doesn’t. They’re both the same file type. The first video is 1.70 GB and 11:20 minutes long. The second video is 2.34 GB and 14:41 minutes long. Both are MP4 files. What could be causing the problem? These videos have also been purchased by other customers.

I wrote about a week ago because I wanted to upload the video as a single file, but it didn’t work. Even though the video description says that you can upload up to 10GB. I was still well below that limit. Since the reply to my question came quite late, I split the video into two parts to make it smaller. Then uploading worked without any problems. Everything was also checked and put online. What I don’t understand is why the first video works, but the customer can’t open the second one. What could be the reason for that?

I haven’t spoken to technical support about this problem yet.

The pattern for the second video is back online. Now you would need to cancel video two, since I have now uploaded a completely new item. After that, the dear customer can buy the new video two again, and then we’ll see whether there is still an error.
