Knitted Poncho/Stole, featherlight - very easy

This is a brief pattern for a featherlight and very easy-to-knit poncho in one size made from just 100 g of KidSilk (Austermann). The pattern includes the preview image.

These knitting skills are enough:
casting on stitches, edge stitch (your favorite edge stitch), knit and purl stitches, binding off.

By the way: The poncho can also be knitted as a warm outdoor poncho using thick yarn, 100 g - 100 m, with size 8.0 needles. Required yarn quantity then approx. 700 g. The number of stitches always depends on your individual gauge. For this, there are calculation aids in my corresponding collection (click here).



This potholder, with its unusual 6-corner pattern, is guaranteed to be anything but boring. It would certainly also look very nice used as a coaster. Simply join the 8 grannies together and you’ll have a great coaster.Size:

For this bag, I recommend blue as the background color—after all, the fish are swimming in the sea.
It is knitted from cotton (yardage 125 m per 50 g), one skein of each color. You will also need a 3 mm circular knitting needle, 3 stitch markers, and a crochet hook. Possibly also a snap fastener and lining fabric.

A poncho always works—even in BLUE!

My summer scarf is blue too, and it is both knitted and crocheted. In thick cotton yarn (69 m per 50 g), it is finished quickly. It is first knitted lengthwise; a long circular knitting needle is recommended for this. Then the ends are crocheted on. You can also leave off the ends if crocheting isn't really your thing.

My blue pattern isn’t a finished piece, but can be used for various things.

Here, 4-ply yarn (50% cotton / 50% acrylic) meets a lace pattern, which loosens up the rather rustic-looking yarn.
The "Zauberei" used weighs 200 g and has a running length of 760 m.

It is knitted with 4 mm needles.

The pattern is suitable for experienced knitters who are familiar with yarn overs and the like.
