Children love scarves with animal motifs. With this pattern, you can easily crochet the 'fox' and 'mouse' motifs. You can crochet it so that it can be worn as a pull-through scarf or tied around the neck as usual.

Crochet Möbius Collar 1-2-3-4

This collar scarf wonderfully jazzes up sweaters and shirts, and can even replace a necklace.

It is crocheted from approx. 60 g of a merino yarn with a yardage of 50 g – 160 m and hook size 3 – 4 (here with crochet hook 3.5) and can be finished quickly in one afternoon. Beginners should allow themselves a little more crochet time.

Other yarns with a suitable hook size can also be used. In my opinion, however, the pattern shows up better in finer yarns.

The Möbius technique in crochet is considerably easier than in knitting.

For the illustrated PDF pattern, basic crochet knowledge is sufficient (chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, slip stitch). Link tips for learning to crochet are included.

Crochet Scarf/Loop & Headband "Playful" in a Simple Shell Pattern

This scarf can also be sewn together and worn as a loop (twice around the neck), basically in any season. Add the matching headband, and you have a pretty (gift) set.

Experienced crocheters can crochet both quickly in one weekend. I made the set with summery cotton yarn, here Schachenmayr Cotton Bamboo, 50% cotton / 50% viscose,50 g – 120 m, hook size according to the label 3 - 4, here crochet hook size 4.0 was used; gauge according to the label 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Please choose alternative yarns (e.g., Merino Extrafine 120 by Schachenmayr) according to the details given above.

Yarn requirements / finished measurements:

• 150 g for the scarf/loop: approx. 14 cm x 140 cm – length variable
• 50 g for the headband - size variable

The 8-page PDF pattern is illustrated,  the following basic crochet knowledge is sufficient:
chain stitches, double crochet, single crochet, crocheting in rows.

Difficulty level: easy – also suitable for experienced beginners.

Loop "Violetta" - Quick to Knit

.. quick to knit in one weekend. Finished measurements: approx. 156 cm circumference x 32 cm (it curls up). But you can also stretch it out and wear it as a shoulder warmer.

Wearable in any season, it can be worn 1 x / 2 x or 3 x around the neck and goes with the "Violetta" hat and "Violetta" bag (available in my Shop ).

Required knitting skills:
casting on stitches, knit stitches, knitting in the round with circular needles.

plus crochet skills:
chain stitches, single crochet, slip stitches (needed for the last, but decisive, round).

The PDF pattern is illustrated. Difficulty level: pretty easy.

Material:
100 g Catania (Schachenmayr) or Limone (Austermann), 100% cotton, 50 g – 125 m for needle size 2.5 – 3.5, used here: circular knitting needle size 8.0 (because double strand) with 80 cm cable length; gauge according to the label: 26 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Note: Yarn that snags, such as mohair, is not suitable for this!
stitch marker, yarn needle for weaving in ends, measuring tape, scissors, crochet hook 6.0.
