E-Book Sewing Instructions

Hello.

I just bought several sewing patterns.
Unfortunately, I can’t open one of them—or rather, the folder was empty after I downloaded it.
It’s the e-book sewing pattern for a simple children’s skirt by Kleine Lotta Hohenberg, which cost 6.56 euros.
How can I open or print this file?

willkommen bei uns im Forum. Tut mir leid, dass Du Probleme hast.  Hast Du einen PDF-Reader und ein Programm zum Entzippen installiert? Ohne das geht es nicht.

I haven’t installed that yet.
However, I’ve been able to open all the sewing patterns I’ve purchased so far without any problems.
That’s why I’m surprised that only this particular sewing pattern won’t open.
