Babies + traditional costume = unbeatable cuteness ;-)

A simply made girls’ cardigan — but really jazzed up by the trim!
This vest has no button band at all — so it’s worn open.

This pattern is designed for sizes 116–122.
However, the included cut and gauge make it possible to make any size!

Baby Knitting Set Jakob - 4 Pieces

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This trendy baby knitting set consists of a hat, jacket, loop scarf, and baby shoes and is made from soft merino yarn, approx. 120 to 130 m yardage (approx. 150 g in petrol + approx. 50 g light beige or eggshell) for needle size 3 to 4. You will also need a measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for sewing in ends, crochet hook 3.0, 1 button for the loop scarf, buttons for the jacket if desired, and an applique if desired.

These knitting skills are required:
Knitting in rows and in rounds, casting on stitches and binding off, knit and purl stitches, edge stitches, decreasing by knitting stitches together, increasing by yarn over/from the strand between stitches, crocheting a foundation chain.

You will receive as a PDF:

  • Brief pattern for the baby hat (knitted in rounds) for head circumference approx. 40 cm - 42 cm
  • Illustrated pattern for the baby jacket size 62/68 (possibly wearable up to size 74)
  • Baby measurements for jackets in traditional/country style, size 50/56 to size 74
  • Illustrated pattern for the baby loop scarf
  • Illustrated pattern for the knitted baby shoes (a foundation chain is crocheted for the bow)
  • Brief pattern for baby shoes + sketch

as well as

  • Excel table for converting your gauge (if you do not have Excel, you can download the program “Libre Office,” for example, for free online and use the table with it)

Baby Socks with Cable - Knitted

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

These cute baby socks with cable, knitted with especially soft cashmere sock yarn (Comfort sock yarn) or alpaca sock yarn (from ApuKuntur), are particularly temperature-regulating and cuddly soft. They can also be repurposed, e.g. as “packaging” for cash gifts, jewelry, or similar items. I once packaged my wedding cash gift like this.

Included in the download :

  • PDF knitting pattern, on 18 pages (actually practically a sock-knitting course) with detailed illustrations for size 15 (newborns); larger sizes can easily be knitted according to the attached table information.
  • PDF supplementary handwritten sketch
  • PDF baby sock table for sizes 15 - 20
  • PDF sock table from size 22 (up to 47)
Required materials:  for sizes 15 to 22 approx. 15 g 4-ply sock yarn (leftover yarn), set of double-pointed needles 2.5, cable needle, measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle.

Traditional Baby Knitted Vest Size 86/92 with Intarsia Cable

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

Not just for Oktoberfest season...

For this special sleeveless baby vest without buttons, we need:

150 g merino wool gray + 50 g merino wool red, here Schachenmayr Merino Extrafine 120, 50 g – 120 m LL,
gauge according to the label: 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm, knitting needles 3.0 – 4.0;
here: knitting needles 4.0, cable needle, crochet hook 3.5 for the bow, stitch holder or similar for holding stitches, yarn needle for sewing in ends, stitch marker is helpful.

The PDF pattern is illustrated. The red cable on the back is made using the intarsia technique (explanation is included) and requires some time and skill - so I would not recommend it for knitting beginners. The cable also looks nice in solid gray; the whole piece is then knitted pretty quickly. For knitting beginners, I recommend knitting this vest completely without the cable and/or in one color.

In my collection “All About Baby” (https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/users/view_collection/1440/rund-ums-baby) there are many more baby patterns (also crocheted), sock-knitting courses, and related helpful tables.

A warm girls’ vest to throw on in the evening — and also very pretty over a dirndl.
The diamond pattern is sophisticated, yet easy to work.
And if you’re not so fond of the “traditional costume” look, just change the buttons.

This pattern is designed for size 116–122.
However, the included template and gauge make it possible to work any size!

For more details, simply click on the image below.

already has us thinking of spring; it looks great in other colors, too.

A lovely sleeveless hooded vest for the transitional season — traditional style and baby, I like this combo :-)
The little pockets add a bit of extra flair to the little jacket. The hood gives it just the right style contrast!
And if you don’t like the “traditional” look that much, just change the buttons.

This pattern is designed for size 92–98.
However, the included cut and gauge make it possible to work any size!

For more details, just click on the image below.

Baby shoes are simply "adorable" and quick to knit / crochet.

What mommy wouldn’t be happy to receive them as a gift for the first baby visit?

You’ll find crocheted shoes, knitted low shoes, and also a pair of booties from me, where knitting and crochet are combined.

Have a look doch mal bei mir vorbei und schaut euch um.

Adorable for babies and toddlers is the Niconie Mini

This dress is perfect for the transitional season because, although it has a loose, lightweight drape, no lace patterns were used. The cable patterns in the round yoke are also a stylish eye-catcher, and since they are very dense, your little darling won’t get cold either.

The pattern is written out over 7 pages, with one detailed photo for each individual step.

Which stitches do you need to know?
  • chain stitches
  • single crochet
  • half double crochet
  • double crochet
  • front/back post stitches
Special stitches included are:
  • double treble crochet
  • rose stitch
Niconie was a live CAL at Marie and Me. Live CAL means that the patterns were chosen by my fans and the pattern was also tested live right away.

This absolutely adorable set is always a hit as a baby gift ♥

These adorable bunny booties are described in 4 sizes (from about 8 cm to 12.5 cm) ♥

To match them, you can crochet the beautiful comfort blanket .
When finished, it measures about 15.5 cm wide and 18 cm high (with the bunny head, even about 32 cm).

Thanks to the detailed pattern, you can also crochet the hat in the same design with lightweight cotton, so baby is well protected even in spring/summer ♥

All crochet patterns are described in great detail and include numerous pictures, so all the patterns can also be managed well by beginners :-)

However, you should have basic crochet knowledge.

For all patterns you will need:

  • Cotton (125 m/50 g) in the corresponding colors
  • for the hat, hat yarn if needed (e.g. Myboshi No 1)
  • crochet hooks in sizes 2, 2 1/2, and 4 1/2
  • sewing needle, scissors, stuffing (for the cuddly blanket)

Hi HMScreativ

When I click on one of your patterns, only the picture of the model appears again—nothing else. I’m also looking in vain for a link to your shop.

Best regards
