There is no order confirmation; you simply go to the product page you want, purchase the pattern, and then download it.
Please do this if you haven’t already.
We do not send patterns by email; direct download is the only option here.

Hi Pola,

if you click on Account > Downloads in the top right corner, you’ll see a list of all the patterns you’ve already purchased.



From there, you can also download the patterns you’ve purchased again at any time.
