ich hatte heute einen wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang auf dem Weg zum Supermarkt. Jetzt schnell Haushalt schmeißen und dann die drei freien Tage genießen. Unterwegs kam mir sogar eine Idee für eine neue Häkelanleitung, die male ich mir schnell mal auf.

Vielen Dank für die Sonnenstrahlen. :-)
Ich habe gleich Fahrstunde und war eben noch schnell Gassi mit unserer Flocke. Die mag bei der Kälte genauso wenig raus wie ich. Aber wat mutt, dat mutt und so haben wir das "Geschäft" eben schnell erledigt.
Nach der Fahrstunde geht es für mich weiter mit PC-Arbeit.

Josefa, wherever you ordered the sun from, it’s shining beautifully here in Basel. As far as I can see, the sky is deep blue. Absolutely gorgeous. Today it’s physiotherapy, as always the housework, and then I’ll start crocheting.

Unfortunately, the sun somehow hasn’t reached me. It’s even snowing. 

Oh well. After complaining yesterday about not having enough stress, I’m covering for a colleague tonight and now have another 2.5 hours that still need to be squeezed into the regular schedule today.  :-D
But since it’s pool supervision, it’s not so bad. I’ll just add an extra dose of exercise.

This morning was our first dance practice after the Christmas break, which was longer than usual for the first time. Still, all the dances went relatively well.
We’re a DRK senior dance group—24 women and one man—and our combined age is around 2020 years. And at 60, I’m still the “youngest” one… haha.
In May, we’ll be celebrating our 30th anniversary. As the future dance instructor, I’m involved in planning our celebration, so my handicrafts have to take a back seat for a bit.

I hope everyone has a day as sunny as mine.

Danke für die sonnigen Wünsche. Die Sonne ist leider noch nicht bei uns angekommen, aber ich wohne ja auch an der grauen Stadt am Meer :)
Gestern war ein schrecklicher Tag für mich. Ein Nachbar von mir ist verstorben. Es war sehr unruhig im Treppenhaus und als ich raus gegangen bin um nach zu sehen was los ist hab ich dieses traurige Szenario mit bekommen :( Als dann noch der Leichenwagen vor der Tür stand war der Tag für mich gelaufen. Ich war nicht wirklich zu viel in der Lage.
Aber heute geht es mir wieder besser und ich werde die Zeit nutzen um schöne Dinge zu häkeln.

Ich wünsche allen einen schönen Tag.

Well, the sunshine seems to have gotten stuck somewhere along the way—here it’s gray and gloomy and extra cold.

We’ve had a quiet day so far.
Still, I’m taking my youngest to school to register him. He’s one of those “in-between” kids… his birthday is just two days after the cutoff date… we’ll see :-)

And on the side, I’ve finished up a few things today, and to relax, I’m continuing to crochet the Entrelac blanket for my daughter—I’m slowly figuring out how it works :-) since I crochet very tightly.

Ich hab jetzt Feierabend.  Die Sonne hab ich heute zwischendrin gesehen. Ich hab jetzt Feierabend und bin auf dem weg nach Hause. Ich hoffe mein Mann kocht, ich hab Hunger :-) gleich werde ich entweder was häkeln oder Stoffe zuschneiden. Ich weiß noch nicht und nachher natürlich "ich bin ein Star gucken" :-) das ist dieses Jahr so schlecht aber um 22.15 kommt selten was gescheites.   

Die Fahrstunde war heute nicht so gut. Aber solche Tage muss es auch mal geben. 
Die nächste wird dann schon wieder besser. :-)
