1. Item supposedly in the shop??? But no one else can see it

Hi, I’m brand new here and uploaded an item for download. Then I got an email saying everything was fine and the item should now be available online. Am I just too clueless? Can any of you find this item on my page? I can’t find it. Does it take a while after getting that email? Oh well… maybe I really am blind! Help, Dirk

I just checked and have to tell you: No, I can see that you have an item, but it’s not showing up in the store. And did you get the email saying the pattern was activated? Because if so, it should actually already be there...

Hi yayaya,

You selected the wrong language, and the reviewer missed it. Your pattern was displayed in the other language version of the site. On your page (in your store), there’s a “Show all languages” button. If you click it, you’ll see all the patterns; otherwise, only the German ones will appear in the German version of the site.

  By default, patterns are filtered by language.
I just changed your pattern to German.
