Patterns Not Received

Hi, I bought two patterns. PayPal transferred the money to her account a few days later, but now I’m not getting my patterns because the seller says she doesn’t see any purchase from me on her site. I’ve already called PayPal, and they confirmed that the payment went through. Help—what should I do now?

you should actually be able to download the file directly from the pattern page.

In that case, it’s best to contact support.

The sale is displayed to the seller by date. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I don’t know right now whether it’s based on the purchase date or the payment date. That makes a difference in your case.

  So if you contact her today, she’ll need to switch her display to the purchase or payment date. I’m not sure whether you mentioned exactly when you bought the pattern and when the payment was received.

I hope you get your pattern very soon.
