Patterns Not Received

Hi, I bought two patterns. PayPal transferred the money to her account a few days later, but now I’m not getting my patterns because the seller says she doesn’t see any purchase from me on her site. I’ve already called PayPal, and they confirmed that the payment went through. Help—what should I do now?

eigentlich solltest du direkt auf der Seite der Anleitung die Datei selbst downloaden können. 

Funktioniert das denn nicht? 
In dem Falle wende dich am besten an den Support.

Der Verkauf wird der Verkäuferin nach Datum angezeigt. Ich muss aber leider zugeben, dass ich jetzt nicht weiß ob es nach Kaufdatum oder Bezahldatum geht.  Das ist in deinem Fall ja ein Unterschied. 

Wenn du sie heute also anschreibst muss sie ihr Anzeige auf das Kauf/Bezahldatum umstellen. Ich weiß ja nicht ob du dabei geschrieben hattest wann genau du die Anleitung gekauft hast und wann die Zahlung eingegangen ist. 

Ich hoffe du bekommst deine Anleitung ganz bald.
