Paid with PayPal – error message – money is gone anyway

This is now the second time I've paid with PayPal, and I get the message "Internal error; please try again." So I try again, but the money is debited from my PayPal account twice.

 I also recently had an inquiry from a customer in my own shop. However, this customer didn’t repeat the transaction; instead, she contacted me first. The money had already been credited to my account with the first payment. After the customer spoke with PayPal over the phone, the error in her account was resolved. Maybe PayPal is having an issue right now?

that just happened to me too—seems to be a PayPal issue; I’ve sent the author a message for now—maybe that’ll work...
