Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are getting divorced, so naturally issues like custody of their adopted and biological children, as well as the division of their joint assets worth 400 million, are pretty important right now.
But still, Brad Pitt is back on the market. Would you give up DIY and crafts if you could have Brad Pitt in exchange?
For Brad Pitt?
Never! :-)))
Not even for Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, and Norman Reedus combined! (Those are the guys I’m currently crushing on ;-) ).
The man I’d give up my crafts for hasn’t even been born yet *laughs*.
I’ve made a lot of sacrifices in my life, but that?
Never! :-D
I agree.
Brad Pitt definitely isn’t one of my dream men. But I wouldn’t give up handicrafts even for him. Never.
My husband would never ask that of me, just as I would never try to talk him out of tinkering with his cars.
There was only one man in my life I gave it up for for a while, and that was because he was a colicky baby and cried nonstop for six months. I didn’t have the energy for anything at all anymore.
As soon as that was over—yes, even that passes—I already had needle and yarn in my hands again.
Well, I had a man like that too—twice, in fact—if those two even count; it was rather involuntary. And like you say: even that passes, and before long the yarn basket was back again, regularly rescued by my clumsy hands :-)
Never for Brad Pitt! I have no idea who crowned him “Mr. Perfect”—he definitely wouldn’t have gotten my vote! I’d rather have Dwayne Johnson, but I already have the best husband at home ;) He accepts my knitting and crocheting addiction and is glad I’m not a shoe or shopping addict—that would be way more expensive in the long run ;)
I always find it interesting that when you ask people specifically, very few actually find these so-called “dream guys” all that dreamy. ;-)
For me, for example, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, or whatever their names are, are way too polished.
I find guys with a more distinctive look much more interesting. ;-)
I find Brad Pitt completely uninteresting. But if it were Hugh Jackman, I’d definitely think about it for 30 seconds ;-)
400 million? I’d be happy with just 4 million ;-)
Colin Firth and *Pride and Prejudice*? I’ve watched this movie about 20 times. In German and English. And I was only 9 years old when the movie came out.
By the way, it’s not just this movie I like—I’m almost a bit addicted to Jane Austen’s stories. We’ve got quite a collection of DVDs at home...
I know that was a bit off-topic, but I just had to get it off my chest :-)
By the way, all the ladies in the film are doing some kind of embroidery. So much for DIY. It doesn’t really look like the actresses have truly mastered this art, though ;-)
Someone could make the sacrifice and dress Brad Pitt in the latest knit and crochet fashions. Maybe then we’d see a new craze that we could all benefit from.
Just simple double crochet, since no one’s going to notice his apron anyway ;-) Right now, I’ve invited a few friends over, and we’re watching him clean the windows ;-)
