Amigurumi Elephant Fila

Hi everyone! I bought this pattern and wanted to know if it calls for regular yarn or Catania Grande yarn. I contacted the seller—both here and on Facebook—but haven’t received a reply yet. Now the pattern is no longer available. Has anyone else bought and tried this pattern and could please help me? Thanks in advance. Best regards,

I can’t quite remember off the top of my head which elephant Fila was. Was that the little blue one sitting down with the ecru-colored dots?
To me, it looked like regular, standard cotton yarn, such as Catania, Limone, etc. :-)

@ streifgetier: I think that was the one... the little sister of the striped elephant - I can't remember now what it was called :-)

@Alex78: I'm pretty sure I read, either with the elephant Fila or with the big brother, that it was made from Catania.

Oops—I just noticed that the big elephant isn’t available anymore either. That’s strange. Or maybe I’m getting the sellers mixed up. That’s also possible ^^

there was a mistake in the patterns for the Fila and Fabi elephants (the striped one and the blue-and-white one). That’s why both were taken down.
The striped Fabi elephant has been revised, thoroughly tested, and put back up. The blue Fila isn’t quite finished yet.

Both elephants were crocheted using Catania yarn by Schachenmayr.
