Leipzig Yarn Fair

Hello everyone,

I was at the Wool Fair in Leipzig last weekend. As I was walking by, I saw a pattern in a visitor’s hands that I just can’t get out of my head (I think she bought the pattern at the fair). Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the pattern at the fair, and I didn’t get a chance to ask the woman about it at the time.
I’ve looked everywhere I can think of, but I haven’t found it. But maybe you can help me:
The picture showed a knitted sweater with a leaf-patterned neckline. The rest of it was reverse stockinette stitch. If the pattern wasn’t a copy, the sweater in the picture was gray.
Do you have any idea where I can buy the pattern or what it’s called?

New products are often unveiled at trade shows, so it’s possible that this pattern isn’t even “out there” yet.

Okay, then I guess I’ll just have to keep my eyes open.

Many international designs are also worn at yarn festivals. You probably won’t find them here. Plus, there are countless types of leaf patterns. I can only recommend using the advanced search on Ravelry—you can enter lots of search terms there. Things like round yoke, lace pattern, color—anything that comes to mind.
