Happy Easter to all of you: Do you have any plans?

I hope you have a relaxing Easter. Do you have any plans? Will you have time for crafting, or not so much?

Thanks—I wish everyone here the same: a happy Easter, whatever you’re up to.
We’ll be staying home ourselves since I’m still not walking very well, and we’ll spend time on our hobbies.

We’re having another family get-together, since the kids finally have time off over Easter. On Saturday night, I’m going out with a friend, and on Sunday morning I’m heading over to my family’s place—we’re planning to have a barbecue; the weather’s supposed to be decent.
And in between, I’ll keep tinkering with a decent Urmel story—the second attempt is definitely turning out much better than the first. We’ll see if I end up liking it. But one thing’s for sure: I’m not going to be an author. 🤣 That’s just an insane amount of work.

We, too, are looking forward to spending time with loved ones and enjoying the beautiful weather this Easter. Tomorrow, a big family visit—the whole gang—is on the way. So it’s going to be cheerful, loud, fun, playful, full of treats, entertaining, surprising, and creative.

The Easter surprises will be hidden in the garden tomorrow morning. The Easter Bunny even moved up his visit to us just for this. It’s a must for young and old alike.

On the other Easter days, I’ll be popping over to my brother’s and sister’s for coffee. And in between, we’re looking forward to enjoying the lovely spring weather in the garden.

Hello everyone,
I, too, wish you and all of us a wonderful Easter with surprises from hard-working
Easter bunnies. 
Unfortunately, due to my post-COVID illness, we can’t do much, since I’m not physically up to it. Still, I’m enjoying these days with my dear husband, and tomorrow we might even be able to sit out on the balcony. Tomorrow evening, our son and his partner are coming over for raclette. They’ll stay until Monday after dinner. It’ll be an intense time, but we’ll all enjoy it, since we don’t see each other that often—they live and work in Munich and Leipzig, after all. And the breakfast eggs won’t get cold either...

We’ve already moved Easter to today—Saturday—so we can really lounge around on Sunday and Monday (and, of course, prepare some delicious meals in advance).

Well, I also did a little crocheting and gluing—just to make a little money stash. It goes quickly, and the surprise eggs are put to good use—I make all sorts of things out of them.

       . 

Two of the surprise bunnies are finished, one has been given away, and the third just needs to be glued together—the pieces are all ready. But I’m not going to fire up the hot glue gun again today just for that one egg; it has to be worth the effort, especially since the third crocheted egg is staying with me for now anyway—maybe until next year ;-)

The preparations are all done—now we just have to enjoy ourselves.
We’ll have the braided bread and lamb with our coffee, and we’re bringing the breads along for the barbecue.
