Have a lovely weekend, everyone

Dear community,
the holidays are unfortunately over, but I still wish you a lovely weekend with plenty of time for crafting. 

Have a wonderful weekend too, Josefa, and everyone else as well, of course!
The weather’s supposed to be so-so—right now it’s raining and 7 degrees, so it’s definitely time for some indoor fun. Of course, I’ve got my crochet supplies and books ready, so it’s bound to be cozy.

It’s winter, after all!
And there are also people who are glad that the holidays and the holiday stress are over and that they can get back into the “daily grind.”

But for now, it’s the weekend, and anyone who can should stay home with these temperatures and make themselves comfortable. I’ll be doing the same. With that in mind, have a great time!

Unfortunately, we only had one day of real snow here.
The children had a little fun and then the snow was gone again.

Now it’s raining, and that’s when you really prefer to stay at home.
There’s always crafting to do. 😉

It’s “warm” again here—no snow.

I’ll be spending the weekend reading and sewing. I have a good book ready, and our grandson wants me to turn a T-shirt that’s gotten too small into a pillow. And I’m starting to sew for the hedgehogs again, too. So I’ll be busy. 

@Ina —it looks absolutely “magical” over at your place. I love how your fence is covered in snow. I was so happy to read that the neighbor’s cat made it home safely. 

I’m sitting in my craft corner. Like everything else, Carnival comes around so suddenly, and as always, there’s still some work to do on the costume.

What’s the most important tool for a Carnival enthusiast????

I’m glad you like the view from my kitchen window. Yes, I love it magical and romantic. Five years ago, we created this pond in our garden ourselves and built the gazebo to go with it. We came up with everything ourselves and did all the work ourselves.
