A new handbag

I didn’t sew it myself, but I found it this week and took it home right away



We were at the Diakonie and wanted to drop off a bag of clothes we’d sorted out—clothes we no longer wanted in our family. 



There it was in the store window



I gasped and fell head over heels in love with it—I just had to have it



At 3.50 euros, the decision to buy it wasn’t hard

This one really is a perfect fit!
No, I don’t have any that are specific to certain seasons, but they come in a wide variety of colors, and some of the fabrics might be a bit more summery or something like that.

Dear Petra, I would have taken that bag home too. Especially for you, since you love embroidery so much, it’s a real gem. Someone really put a lot of effort into it. I’m sure it will inspire you to start new projects. Congratulations on your find. 

I don’t have bags for specific seasons. They just have to suit me in terms of size, color, material, and weight. In summer, I tend to go for lighter colors, and in winter, darker ones. But I already have my favorites, so I don’t need to add anything else.
