Improvement: Image zoom on product pages—more details 🚀

Dear Community,

we’ve improved the image zoom feature on product pages. Clicking on the image opens a sleek lightbox—perfect for seeing details even more clearly.

What’s been improved?

• Clearer display & smoother zooming for more precise purchasing decisions.
  
• Large images will still only load when you zoom in—the product page stays fast, and your data usage is kept to a minimum.
  
• Dark background, clear navigation (arrows/swipe), Esc to close.
  
• Mobile-friendly: Smoother swiping between images; tapping next to the image closes it. No separate page for larger images—just as usual.
  
• Improved keyboard navigation; we’re constantly working on improvements.
  

Here’s how it works

1. Click on an image on the product page—the lightbox opens.
   
2. Use the arrow keys or a swipe gesture to switch between images.
   
3. Press Esc or click outside the image to close the view.
   

Performance Note:

The zoom image height remains at 800 px. We’re monitoring your feedback and will make adjustments as needed.
