🔒 How to recognize genuine Crazypatterns emails – a quick explanation

Dear community,

to help you recognize our email messages safely, here are the most important points in brief:

• Our sender addresses end in @crazypatterns.net. Links lead to https://www.crazypatterns.net. If in doubt, type the address into your browser yourself instead of clicking links.
  
• We never ask for passwords, payment details, TANs, etc. by email.
  
• We send no .zip/.exe attachments and no patterns as email attachments.
  
• Our emails are technically secured (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). If you’d like to check: in Gmail, open “Original anzeigen / Show original”; there you will usually see dkim=pass, spf=pass, dmarc=pass.
  
• If you suspect anything: Don’t click anything, and don’t open any attachments. Visit our site manually and report the case to Support (with a screenshot if possible and—if available—the full email headers).
